Our main goal at bethgodfrey.com is to make your on-line purchasing experience as pleasant as possible. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and quality craftsmanship, and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience.

HOW DO I PURCHASE AN ITEM FROM BETHGODFREY.COM?
To purchase an item click on the "add to cart" button. Payment is handled through PayPal - a free, safe and easy way to transfer payments and process credit cards. You DO NOT require a PayPal account in order to make a purchase.

After you submit your order you will immediately be redirected to PayPal's SSL secure site. Please follow the instructions on their Site to complete your purchase. Your order will be shipped once PayPal has confirmed your payment is complete. To review PayPal's policies, please visit their website.

CAN I PICK UP MY PURCHASES?
Absolutely! If you are in TORONTO and wish to skip shipping fees, you can schedule a pick up at our studio or arrange delivery through us. Please e-mail us at bethgodfrey@rogers.com for additional information.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?

Orders will be shipped within 1-7 business days, depending on availabiliy.

WE ARE PLEASED TO OFFER FREE SHIPPING & HANDLING FOR ORDERS OVER $200
Most orders are shipped via Canada Post XPressPost Service. This service provides you with a tracking number allowing you to track your package on www.canadapost.ca. Please keep in mind that shipping may take a bit longer during holiday seasons, so place your holiday orders as early!

In order to keep shipping expenses as low as possible, we currently have a special limited time flat rate system for Toronto deliveries.

CAN I PLACE AN EMERGENCY ORDER
? YES!!! We understand how hard it is to wait for something you REALLY REALLY want NOW!! For faster service we are happy to ship another method where additional costs may be incurred. We will always do our best to accommodate you. E-mail us at bethgodfrey@rogers.com with your specific requests.

WHAT CURRENCY IS USED?
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Paypal automatically converts the price for you into your currency when you pay.

ARE GIFT CERTIFICATES AVAILABLE?
We are pleased to offer Gift Certificates in any denomination. It is SO EASY to use! You choose the amount, pay for it, and the gift certificate is e-mailed directly to the lucky recipient, who can use it on bethgodfrey.com at any time. There is no expiry date. In addition, you can include a personalized message.

WHY SHOULD I JOIN THE MAILING LIST?

Why shouldn't you join is the question! Simlpy sign up for regular notices of new designs, special promotions, sales and truck shows! My Mom taught me to share, but in this case, we will not. We have a strict policy against selling or sharing your information with outside sources. It's a woman's perogative to change her mind, so you can unsubscribe at any time. We won't be insulted.

DO YOU SEND OUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Yes. We ship worldwide. International orders (outside Canada) will have an additional shipping fee. If this is the case, we will notify you asap of the additional charge. Please allow an additional few business days for delivery. Merchandise exported from Canada to another country must clear customs and the recipient of the merchandise may have to pay duties on the item(s), if they are applicable. The purchaser is fully responsible for any customs and/or duties charges into their country. We have no control over these potential charges. 

DO YOU MAKE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?
Prices are subject to change without notice. We are unable to offer price adjustments if an item eventually finds it's way into the SALE section.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY - CLEANING AND STORING?
To ensure your gems and metals retain their best appearance, it is recommended to store your jewellery away from the sunlight so that the original brilliance is maintained. Do not allow your jewellery to come into contact with perfume, lotions, hairspray, cosmetics or other chemical products such as cleansers and harsh soaps. We recommentd that you avoid showering and swimming in your jewels.

STERLING SILVER naturally tarnishes when exposed to air, but it can be easily cleaned. Most of our sterling jewellery is rhodium plated, and will not tarnish! We recommend using a buffing cloth that has been treated with an anti-tarnish formula to remove tarnish. Wearing sterling jewellery will also preserve the finish. Keep silver in an air tight bag whenever possible. We do not recommend the chemical silver dip that you find at department stores. They are highly toxic and can often damage your pearls and gemstones!

Gentle handling is recommended when removing your jewellery. Stand over a rug to be safe with large gemstones. Some of our jewellery uses very fine, thin metal wire to achieve the delicacy and intricacy of our work. This is quite durable for normal wear, but can be weakened if bent or pulled roughly. 

Keep your PEARLS away from chemicals! Put your pearls on after your hairspray and perfume. Makeup or grime can be removed from pearls and gemstones with warm filtered water and a tiny bit of gentle handsoap, rub with a soft cloth to clean, and air dry.

If you must clean your gold vermeil jewelry, use a very soft cloth or gentle hand soap and filtered water. Do not use jewellery polish as the abrasives and chemicals will strip the gold layer.

ARE YOU ABLE TO DO CUSTOM / SPECIAL ORDERS? YES!! Special orders are always welcome! If you are looking for a piece of jewellery to wear with a specific outfit, send us a photo or colour swatch and we can work with you to design something or guide you to a great choice for your specific needs. If you are in Toronto, book your peronalized appointment at bethgodfrey@rogers.com.

CAN I SEND A GIFT?

OF COURSE! To let us know this is a GIFT, include your message to the lucky recipient with their name and address in the message box beside the item before you check out. CONFORMITY OF GOODS/PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We try our very best to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are as accurate as possible. While the colours displayed are a close representation, light variations in the actual goods may occur. Slight inconsistencies in the colour, shape, size, and texture of gemstones, pearls, and precious metals are not only natural, but are actually an added element of beauty, and have the distinction of making each piece feel alive, unique, and handmade. Please e-mail us with any questions or you may have, and we will do our best to answer your request with efficiency and integrity.

We know you will love your choices, and we want you to be tickled pink with your jewels, but it's a woman's perogative to change her mind.

Returns can be made up to 7 days of delivery.


We triple check every piece before going out of the studio. However, if an item arrives damaged, please e-mail us immediately and we will glady accept a return within 7 days for repair.
Please noter: we will not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items or damage occurring in transit back to us.

DO YOU DO REPAIRS? 

YES! We triple check every piece before going out of the studio. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within ONE (1) day of receipt and we will glady accept a return within 7 days for repair. Prior to sending it back for repair, please e-mail us at bethgodfrey@rogers.com.

We will gladly repair any piece purchased on bethgodfrey.com within 2 months of purchase. We may not have access to certain components, but will do our very best. After 2 months, there may be a small repair fee.

Please ensure that your merchandise is packaged properly and well padded if merchandise is to be returned.
